Unknowingly to users retains information entered on forms you can not manually edit in canceled returns and amendments. Tries to force users to upgrade services and will not let you downgrade. No technical support. tried to make me pay for tax preparation help when needed tech support. Spent weeks trying to resolve issues with 2020 and 2021 returns. Screenshared and showed turbotax employee incorrect information who also had no way to correct. If you enter information it saves it. If you delete a return the information does not delete causing errors in data on forms going to irs

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing key navigation I needed to edit how much I paid with my extension but never found it because apparently it was a one-shot deal. I fat fingered it and click next and didn't realize it until a few screens later and was never able to find it again. As a result, your software cost me about $200 in extra payment to the government, in addition to the $227 you charged me. Your navigation through tax returns is terrible. Whoever designed the left-nav is bad at their job and you should fire them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Software makes filing a breeze I was 3 years behind on filing taxes and used Turbo Tax Business software to complete my business taxes. The overall experience was easy and the software guided me through some of those more difficult tax situations that came up. I am a huge fan of Turbo Tax and will be using going forward.
