Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way Better than the "Lady Liberty" on every block For many years, I have used Turbo tax- and everything has been awesome. I love Turbo Tax and I regret leaving you the only time that I did. The one year that allowed a tax preparer do my taxes, I ended up owing $5000+ which they slyly said, "we can set up a payment plan" and they didn't- they just nailed us a fee and the whole process was messy- (IRS told me they could have done it for us without any fees and it was simple- I had to do it through them anyhow- sad really). When I returned to using Turbo tax ...smooth sailing, as always. Simple- guided- and I actually found deductions with ease. And as always... I get a return with Turbo tax. In my own home- with my tribe, sipping coffee and not having to deal with "tax drama". Thanks for being so awesome!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from When you have a great product they always change. Small help print. Asked my over and over again to register. Forced updates minutes after a forced update. Poor explanations. No view of tax document in flow. Hard to find things.
