Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rip off!!! I paid for live assist every time I try to contact somebody they said there was no one available This went on for over 5 days!!! They kept $78 off my money last year I just found out Plus for my $139 this year they didn't do one thing to help me!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Works Great - Make it Cheaper! Hello, I really enjoy TurboTax and it's a great product. I love how it integrates with my bank and investments, can read scans of W2s, etc. User friendly, great help, and so on. I only wish it were a little cheaper But use it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax never seems to improve; Gets worse As an ex-pat, it's very frustrating that I need to pay with a credit card associated with a US address - as I don't have one. Had to ask someone to pay for me - absurd in this day and age.
