I would also like expanded search terms such as "schedule F" taking you to schedule F, instead of being obligated to type "farm income"..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing a key item Because I had a sale of a non resident property I had to upgrade to Turbo Tax Premier (that did not become clear until I tried to use the basic version). The premier version does not include a tax form I needed to file (Form 709) and there was little to no guidance on how to use and complete this form. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and this is the first time I felt like it wasn't completely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AMAZING! Turbo Tax is the best way to file. Easy to understand and they guide you through everything. Whether you're itemizing everything or just doing standard deductions, they'll be watching for any tax breaks for you. I wish I remembered the woman's name that helped me over the phone. She was very nice!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but WAY TO EXPENSIVE The interview process is easy to understand, but the price has gone up $50 in one year. They are not printing packaging or making CDs. Everything is online so these expenses are not needed. They could pass the savings on to the customers but they raised the prices instead.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax no longer easy to use Turbo tax 2022 is asking the user if it wants to upgrade too often. Aditionally, navigating through the sections (Income, credits) it asks repetitive questions about how you want to enter the data.. My first experiences with Turbo tax were actually more streamlined than recent experiences. I've been a user of Turbo Tax for over 20 years.
