Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Service but Surprise Fees This is not free, free, free, free, free like the ads promise. If you have even the smallest task they mark it as "complicated." While the platform is intuitive and the staff are helpful, the marketing is not honest.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is sneaky. Doesn't reveal all costs. I don't like the way you throw in fees at the end of selecting. These fees should all be revealed up front. For instance: to have your Turbo Tax fees removed from return amount costs an extra $39 processing fee. I would not have selected that if I knew before hand. It was not easy going back to change it. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Kind of a Scam with the premium charge I'm upset that it prompted me to sign up for turbo tax premium and pay an extra $119 even though my deductions where not enough to itemize. I thought the premium was supposed to help me with that and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for that because it made no difference on my taxes where I had to deduct the standard amount regardless.
