This year will be my easiest/simple return yet, but it will be my most expensive with a price tag of 209 and told I cant downgrade product. I will swallow this bitter pill out of loyalty but the early predatory move will not be forgotten

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge Charges I was told, despite having had a single, part-time job working for FSY last year, that my tax return did not qualify as "simple," and therefore needed to upgrade to the cheapest option of $60. (I made a total of about $4,000 last year). I reluctantly agreed, as I would be getting a $126 refund. They proceeded to apply the charge for EACH STATE and FEDERAL taxes, for a total of $240 to my account. They revealed this number only after getting my card info and charging me. I just wanted to not go to jail over taxes. And this charge was BEYOND exorbitant. On top of that, I was then informed that I'd have to file by mail anyway. 1/5 stars, would go negative if I could.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Many Fees! Good user interface. The added charges for purchasing and filing state taxes is absurd and the reason for the poor review. People with simple tax returns are better off with less expensive options!
