Rated 3 out of 5 by from City Forms and School District were issues My city forms, I could not edit the W2 info in the form, and it had all of our W-2's duplicated one with our income for each employer before retirement taken out and one showing no taxes being taken out in the city, the other for the amount in the W-2 for what was total income and to say the least we did not want to have to pay in to city tax twice, had to do it all by hand. also had an issue with one school district tax box, had to do that one by hand as well, could not efile state although i paid for it unless i wanted to pay more into schoold district than i had to. waited online for a while for help and walked away from computer and never got a response.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but could still use improvement Been using it for years, and have become accustomed to answering all the many questions it asks. Way too many answers are "no!" Just wonder if there's a way to cut the questions down to size somehow! Also, when it comes to paying to file Oregon's return, several windows have their "Continue" button only barely visible behind the ribbon bar, with just BARELY a sliver of blue to click! Very frustrating! That was an issue last year for Oregon's payment application and you'd think they would have fixed it! Somebody should tell them!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was very disappointed with TurboTax this year. TurboTax was OK until it froze when I went to pay for Audit Protection. I had to reboot and then I found it very difficult to find my auto-saved return - 2+ hours. Calls to Tax Resources failed to even go through. Also your web site, after I signed in, claimed that I did not use your surfaces last year and then tried to sell me your programs after I was already using them. Rather poor Intuit's help entries while basically adequate could be better.
