Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn’t realize my taxes weren’t filed Usually I have no issues with turbo tax, however when I went to check on the status of my tax return, I realized that my tax return filed 6 weeks ago, was never filed. I didn’t realize that and didn’t receive any notification that the process wasn’t completed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't need animations, need things to work Generally, yeah it's useful. But it repeatedly messed up a basic home office line (square footage) to the point where I simply had to remove the deduction and pay more. It's very opaque how to make a simple change like this to the actual forms. When prompted to make the change it didn't register. What am I supposed to do about that? I don't have time to look things up. I'd rather pay an accountant who knows how to fill in boxes. Dispense with the dancing animations and give me a product that works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simplicity doesn't match cost Turbo tax release around the time I first started working so other than maybe 1 or 2 returns all my returns I've ever done have been through turbo tax and the price seems to just go up 230$ was the cost of my return this time that's crazy tbh to me I'll probably no longer use turbo tax after this last filing
