Not that I am getting a refund, but it would still be nice to know there was no need for this info. Also, where is the file button? Or since I don't owe/receive I don't need to file????? This should be explained.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete and utter BS Requiring an Intuit login to import forms is annoying. Not being able to create an Intuit account is BS. I will never use TurboTax again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax wants you to upgrade :) Every step of the way they asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I was not even allowed to enter in my information about door dash mileage to save myself some money without paying an extra $119 dollars. In the end I got my taxes done, but I would find it easier to go to H and R block or have someone else do it. They do keep track of your W-2's though so that is super convenient. They also have all your information from previous years so it is super quick and easy.

On my federal 1040 tax form, TT auto-filled incorrectly the value of my state tax withholding ($187.00 box 11 on 1099-G) on line 25b on my 1040 federal form instead of my actual federal tax withholding amount of $746 (box 4 on 1099-G). I caught the error in my final review before submitting taxes and saved $1000.00 on my refund. Lesson learned: Always do a final review!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed with Turbotax for the first time!! I have been using TT for years!! Always had a good expeirence. However this time I was bombarded with upsell offers throughout the process, and Turbotax even made me upgrade due to my selling and buying houses in 2022 even though the loss on the house I sold had no bearing on my taxes!! Also, I had to file a non-resident state tax and TT automatically added my house sales even though these were not in the state in question.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good with TurboTax, but this year. I was not happy with having to pay $188 plus for premium plan just because 2 units of stock bought back by new owner and made a very minimal gain. I had always received 1 free state e-file when I purchased Turbo in the past.
