As in anything, the helpers vary in their abilities so just hope you get someone on the phone who can help solve your problem and if you don't try someone else.

And I got instant attention when I needed it. I appreciate our charming and funny expert as well. She taught me new aspects of my taxes too. Thank you TurboTax for a seamless experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is so easy! this was an overall great experience, i love how they make it a goal to get it done fast but is also extremely thorough and explain everything in a simple form. easy for us who are new at it to fully understand what money is going where and why it all makes sense.
