Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great Very intuitive with helpful comments. Only complaint is that TurboTax never is available to completely upload my 1099-INT or -DIV form information properly. There's always a few boxes that are empty or incorrect. The review process prevents me from submitting these mistakes, but I basically have to input them all myself which defeats the purpose of the upload.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Expensive - Unclear Pricing While Turbotax is easy to use and quick, the pricing options are extremely unclear and it makes it seem as if it will be free. I went through the process of preparing my return and Turbotax charged me before I filed. When I realized how expensive the service was, I attempted to get a return, but they informed me a return was not possible, even though nothing had been filed yet. I don't plan to use Turbotax again, given they advertise a free service and charged me over $200.
