As someone who isn't very experienced with all the financial lingo, it is extremely beneficial to have each section explained to me, so I know what I am submitting and why. I will definitely be using TurboTax for my future tax seasons!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from issues with the system had many issues since covid because some form needing to be released and not being able to submit until the form is release. will give expected date then keep moving it. my family actually worked all through covid and because we delcine this form the site charged us and made it impossible to file. this will be the last year because I figure we would have a better chance this year because the past year has been a head ache. same issue this year too. we had to file our taxes with someone else last year so ended up paying double because we paid to use this service but it would never submit and it would not allow us to file by mail so had to go somewhere else. everything has become a head ache since covid and this is just one of many

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I struggled It isn't turbo tax's fault I struggled this year - I made more self employed income so I needed to pay more. I had a difficult time and even with talking to a professional got no more info than from google.
