Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's that simple and genius I love using Turbotax to do my taxes. Their software is so simple and intuitive. It walks you through step by step and I love that it has detailed explanations for anything I do not understand. It's genius and I have total control of my fillings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty decent, except for the costs Turbo tax was always my go to. But as you use the product more costs you begin to be incur . Especially if you need to pay with you refund. Just seems to take advantage of those you can't afford to pay up front.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from explain the changes I've been using TT for a very long time. Maybe the software will be better with AI, but everything felt foreign this year. It looks like the tax code changed, so it would have been nice to have had the changes explained based on the history that you hold of mine. Looking to enter documents I would usually enter and then having it explained that mortgage interest is an itemized deduction this year. The software used to ask for such documents. That is unnerving during what is already a stressful situation. It's counter intuitive of the product. Stating basic changes between years and indication off what it means will make the process of filing easier and less stressful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy, Yet Again As an expert procrastinator, TurboTax came in clutch for this year's taxes. I was able to complete our taxes in just a few hours. I would highly recommend TurboTax to anyone without a CPA.
