All of the info I had entered for my rental house got wiped out. I am very stressed out. I didn't put in my assets for depreciation as I was so flustered. Next time, I will take my information to H&R Block. Also, my information didn't populate from the last return.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
