Rated 5 out of 5 by from Full service saved me so much stress. Im 19, and fortunately (or unfortunately) I had a really nice paying job last year for someone my age. I was an independent contractor which made taxes super complicated and I owed a lot because of my self employed income. I was definitely scared to say the least going into this tax season and of course put it off until late March. But with turbotax full service I didn’t have to navigate taxes alone or really at all. Taxes are so complicated, which I think is lame considering we pay them to be able to live, but that is a layered conversation for another day. Turbo Tax was worth it. And it is a luxury I will continue to pay for.

My request was answered promptly and she helped me get everything done promptly. I really appreciate this service and it is what makes Turbotax so great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some bugs When I entered info from the 1095 A, it made me put a number greater than 0 in column B even though the form had 0. to go on, I had to just make something up so I put $1. I did get some income from (nonresident) Florida. I put it down as an income state. Later it told me that I didn't need to file Florida unless I owned property there. I do not. But it would not let me delete Florida return and would not let me go on to my (resident) Oregon return unless I did it. So I had no choice and did. Then when it said I had to print it out. It only made a pdf of a cover page...so there was no return. Yet I was charged $59 for that return I did not even need to do and did not file.
