Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan Awful, overpriced software. Unable to upload or auto fill documents as advertised. Limited capabilities so that you have to keep upgrading and paying more every step of the way. Will be changing tax methods last year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty smooth Took over 4 hours, level 2 help called in, I'm a 1st time user and level 2 help was not my fault. The EITC was the struggle. Filing for a 19 year old. He didn't have an Earned Tax Credit. Was expensive also! $418.00. My CPA would have done it for that and I wouldn't have wasted 4 hours of brain damage..... Wasn't my favorite decision I have made. Tech support was awesome however!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very user friendly I've been using this service for a few years now (aside from one year that I regret not doing so) and honestly I wont go anywhere else. I was convinced to use another service the year prior and will not allow that to happen again. Unlike the other service I used TurboTax has info tags basically everywhere to help clear up any confusions one might have. From if a form would apply to you or even just what the form itself means. Which for me is endlessly helpful. If you feel something is off they let you dig deeper to see the nitty gritty of the forms so you can confirm its accurate. They will even explain why something might be more or less than what you had first calculated. Things are broken into easy chunks as well so you can sift through what actually pertains to you and your situations instead of having to slog through it all. Again, extremely helpful when you are on a time crunch or easily overwhelmed. The fact they let you go over the math and make it understandable is honestly a big draw for me as I tend to struggle with that. 10/10 highly recommend.
