As a long-time TurboTax user, I've seen a pretty consistent ease of use over the years, with improvements from technology, i.e. inputs from forms I've already downloaded. However, this year's return was incredibly painful, as most of these "automated" inputs either failed entirely, or required my manual adjustment. I know from speaking with my financial advisor that it's not just me. What's the point of offering all of this if I have to manually type in each number - when BTW I have one screen and therefore must painstakingly toggle back and forth. Yet the price of TurboTax has increased significantly. Further, many of your help topics just regurgitate tax-speak, and don't really answer the question or offer other resources. Finally, the treat to eliminate It's Deductible - without offering ANY ALTERNATIVE - nearly caused me to stop using your product. This should not be so difficult; the fact that TT rated my time spent favorably is telling, as it took 4-5X longer than initially estimated by your own product.
