Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax Except When I have Issues With It! Love TurboTax and have been using it for many many years! Have had a few glitches every once and awhile, however this tax year 2022 submission was so challenging!! After hours of trying to submit my taxes and continuously getting an error message (like 10 at night and the next morning)... "TurboTax was unable to send you return to the Intuit Electronic Filing Center, for the following reasons: Cancelled". Looks like we had a technical hiccup. Try e-filing again, if that does not work, you can print you returned file by mail". Seriously!!!! I tried everything I could think of... updating TurboTax (it was already up to date), updating my Mac, turning my Mac off and back on, reopening TurboTax. Finally talk with a friend who said they had the same submission problem for 2021 taxes. He said to file /submit only the Federal Return all the way through and then go back and separately file/submit only the State. That worked!!! How does TurboTax not tell you to do that if you get the message I got!! My friend saved me from missing the deadline and from having to contact TurboTax and/or Intuit!! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a Life Saver!!!! Every year I put off filing my taxes because of the intimidation factor. However, TurboTax totally removed the intimidation factor with filing taxes. It was easy to use and quick. I used TurboTax for a few years now and I keep forgetting how easy it is to use and put off filing until the deadline. I work in one state and live in another, but TurboTax made filing for both states trouble free!
