Rated 4 out of 5 by from Printing of Returns needs to aligned better I've used TurboTax for many years and always keep paper returns of my e-filed Federal & State Tax forms. When it comes time to print them I cants just start printing as I need to print the Federal separate from the State and always need to print in Sections. It would be very easy to align the beginning of Federal & State forms on odd pages by inserting a blank pages when needed. It would also be nice to see the various yearly comparisons History forms printed outside of the Federal return.

I am an elderly woman with very little computer experience. I was going to give up and then I called the ph, # for help. It was my lucky day. I got MARIA. She helped me correct my mistake and explained everything. She didn't make me feel rushed. I have never had a nicer, more helpful and pleasant representative from any company in my life ! She turned my frustrating day around. I would like her supervisor to know what an excellent employee she is.
