Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Worst Year Ever not because of return Terrible Worst Year Ever not because of return but because I had to continually fill in information from documents that I was either about to load or had already loaded and had to go back and fill in information. Additionally, I still have documents they never asked for. I am uncertain whether everything was completed properly and am unhappy for the first time using this product. In the future I will use an in person company that will ensure everything is correct and that I am covered. Non of this "if you pay more we'll take care of you," nonsense.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Longtime user, not happy this year Okay here you go, it's only two things but the first made me so frustrated... AGAIN this year. I worked for Apple, it's not the computer. 1) You have got to fix it's deductible for Mac users or you HAVE to change your program to accommodate the fact that we used it but couldn't import. It tries to make you account for all the items and such or won't let you manually enter any amounts over $300. SUPER unhappy about the lack of importing, then messing you up. I ended up using my totals but just putting in multiple donations for the same day totaling the correct amount as a workaround. If I get audited, you can explain. Took me well over an hour to finish adding the three donations. Ugh. 2) My credit card info and name etc should be able to use the auto populate feature. Not sure if again this is a Mac issue for you or it's everyone, but this is so basic. The features are all there and they work otherwise, but this is frustrating me enough to consider a different product after using your software for a very long time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First year using This is the first time I've used Turbo Tax Live Assisted. Taxes always stress me out, normally I take them in to have my accountant do them for me. So I choose to do them myself with Turbo Tax this year. If all goes well, I'll return next year to file again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy to navigate I've used Turbo Tax for the past several years. Their website menus make it easy to navigate, so I can skip over the minutiae I'm not interested in. Plus, they can import all (or most) of my data, sparing me the headache of manual entry. Taxes suck. Turbo Tax makes sucky taxes less sucky. By golly, less really is more! (fist bump Mies van der Rohe)
