Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor It use to be extremely simple just plug in the boxes from your W2s and now its all these complex questions and unnecessary questions that I personally cannot comprehend and it's completely ridiculous. I want to do my taxes on my own not have to ask people or pay someone just to do it for me because I can't comprehend everything or having problems understanding what's being asked of me and risking being fined/charged a fee for all the complications. I had done my taxes for 3 years through turbo tax and never had an issue and now all of a sudden theres all these complications. I'd appreciate if next tax season wouldn't be as much as a headache. It took me nearly a month or longer to finally finish it but have yet to even get the chance to send them in. It's a shame and very unfortunate.

HOWEVER, it seems like every year, it takes longer and longer for the MA state forms to become available for use. I'm required to file by 3/15, and the forms weren't available until 3/10. Get it together, Intuit.
