Rated 1 out of 5 by from this year a total nighmare after having 10 + year We have been with Turbo tax 10 years + and had a nightmare this year. Nothing transferred for 2022 and no past tax years were found. Then our e-file was rejected due to Turbo tax misinformation on a social security number. We are totally disgusted with Turbo tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Never had so much trouble! I've been using this since it was MacIntax. Never had so much trouble with it. Difficulty loading from the disk. Completed all the information input and went to print and save, and it wouldn't save. Didn't like the save as name, didn't like the destination. You can't transmit without saving...dumb. I'd already printed it all out. I would have just bypassed it. Then I called for help, and after an hour of being directed to things which weren't on the screen, and sharing the screen I found a way to save all by myself. I may not come back to TurboTax next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kimberly from Turbo Tax was Awesome The products feature were good although some of the questions were a little confusing. That is where Kimberly came in. She assisted and answered all of my questions. We were able to complete my return in 35 minutes.
