Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but could have some additional feature Easy to use as always BUT could add some additional reporting/insight in comparing current years tax return vs. last years tax return or even include two years back. Provide an overview (could be optional) at the end showing various items on the tax return and any differences from the previous years tax review to help explain why the tax amount may be different. I know you have the one screen that shows a very basic summary of differences, but dive deeper into those items to educate people of those differences

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is SO easy to use it's almost fun Easy to use, asks all the right questions, and when I couldn't find the EV tax credit all I had to do was search it up. SO easy. Using the QR code to upload documents was not only cool but super easy to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is getting slower and more difficult Its getting more difficult to navigate and return to previous sections. I am going to look at H and R Block next year because it is cheaper. I feel like paying more for Turbo Tax is not an adequate return on investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WAYY BETTER THAN H&R hey guys, this is dummy proof. at least for me; i have a 9mm hole in my brain. sometimes, things that seem straight forward, aren't. that is just my reality. so, thank you. one BIG suggestion: could we make transporting stock info (adjusted cost basis, gains, losses; basically stock jargon) a bit more expressive? I had trouble figuring out what numbers went where. For example, i did not know 'basis' tab on turbo tax actually referred to adjusted cost basis. i had to youtube this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many bugs Too many bugs. The worst was trying to efile my federal and state (MA) returns, for a trust. Finally had to go back and file by mail. Also, when saving and trying to log back in, your highlighted address wouldn't connect. Went to top left menu and selected address, which worked fine.
