Rated 2 out of 5 by from You didn't Listen Last year I left you similar comments. You have lost the cause. There are multiple areas in the review that ask questions in such a way that there is only one answer but its not factual for every person... Medical coverage is one of many, for some reason it got the idea that I didn't have coverage and I couldn't answer that I did in fact have coverage. You need to have your senior executives run through the program next year and have them do their own taxes. Another area was the error reporting... it told me the error (which was for things that were not covered), but gave me no context as to the form, section, or issue being reviewed. This was 2 years in a row with no fix... you guys jumped the shark. It may be time to go to H&R Block next year...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Exceptional service and interface, add ons lacking Everything was very easy to navigate and complete. I was able to finish in under an hour and had all my questions answered along the way. Very intuitive. One thing I encountered that led to feelings of a lackluster experience would be the fact that I went through the process of adding additional services and signing up for Credit Karma Money in order to take advantage of the refund advance service. It seemed like a very nice thing for TurboTax to do but unfortunately my existing Credit Karma account could not be linked for some reason and I was not able to use the account I took time to create. I will cancel the card upon arrival and deactivate my Money account which is sad because both the advance and the Money account seemed like really awesome services. Another thing which was odd is the fact that I had to pay $119 dollars or so and my girlfriend who did her taxes at the same time with TurboTax who was actually sitting next to me was only asked to pay $59. I don't understand or appreciate that at all.
