Rated 3 out of 5 by from Your return for Arizona is terrible There were many screens for the Arizona return that had instructions and decisions to make that had absolutely no explanation of terms or the reasons for the questions or reasons why the information was presented or what to do with it. This is the worst it has ever been. The first example was the point about filing a separate business return if the federal forms included Schedule C (as well as other schedules). There was nothing to explain in any meaningful way how to make a decision about how to report business income or why it was important of what effect a decision one way or another would have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me pay $229 for what? All went well until the end saying I had to pay $229 because I had an HSA that I contributed $0 to. Clicked to upgrade and literally had nothing else to do. Tried to open a chat with a representative he then joined and left. Cool. So I am not sure what the $229 fee is for but whatever.
