Rated 3 out of 5 by from Watch for some glitches I spoke with experts twice. Neither time were they able to resolve the problem. None of their suggestions worked. Turbo Tax would not accept two IRA distributions that were the same amount but from different investments. I had to change one of them by $1 so it would accept it. Delayed filing until the very last minute.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Expensive Way too expensive I honestly feel taken advantage of this should be more cost-effective period. Last year I paid nearly 200 now I'm paying 237 it's insane. Next year I might as well go back to HR Block same prices, but I am responsible for less I will also be 100% sure that I didn't miss anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Can't Imagine Doing My Taxes Without TurboTax Taxes are miserable. Turbo Tax makes them way less miserable. It's incredibly easy to use and guides you through every step of the process. It's also expertly fields any questions you may have during the process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Increasingly Obscure"E The product guides you through only basic stuff. If you want to drill down on things that are prepopulated, the information is not accessible and the "Specialist" with the baby crying in the background is not knowledgeable or helpful. Actually suggested that I contact the IRS to ask about a field that TurboTax prepopulated. TT lost my returns from the last 7 years - gee thanks! Battling with the phone tree is a disagreeable experience. It's goal is to sell you the $90 "Expert" package. Consequently, I'm sure I overpaid but I'm not sure exactly why. So sadly, I no longer trust this product/company and after 35 or so of relying on TurboTax, I will find an accounting firm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No longer worth all the upcharges I used to really enjoy this product, but the price has increased substantially for an UI that is less intuitive than it used to be and upcharges every single service. It is now cheaper and easier to get an individual tax preparer to do the work for you.
