Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy! After completing our taxes, a we spoke with a TurboTax agent on the phone to review everything and he actually helped us fine more deductions and save on our taxes! Turbo Taxes made filing our taxes easy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sales Gimmicks - Traps The financial aspects of Turbo Tax are outstanding and get better every year, for example uploading W2s. However, too often a screen comes up asking if I want to add on something and it isn't always obvious that it is optional. It is confusing and sours my feelings towards the company because you are preying on your customers.

Overall it seems to be a good system, relatively easy to understand and they provide you the resources if you need help. However, being slapped with a 30$+ fee at the end is aggravating because I choose to get my refund deducted from my federal return, to which you explain to no extent that you will get a fee at the very end of the process. This is how you lose business in my opinion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It Waits to Show Fees Until Late, Insane Fees The fees are not disclosed when filing until after all information is entered. 200$ for a single state filing and about 100$ in investment profits is absolutely insane; I will never use TurboTax again.
