The more complex your financial situation is you might need to be willing to research a few things or use the community to get questions answered. Something wasn't working right this year and I called the support desk and they were wonderful. For the average person there is no reason to have your taxes done by anyone else with this product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extra charge for "processor" unwelcome Information and guidance re the processor fee was misleading. Final steps prior to e-filing lead the client into selecting the processor intervention with $40 fee. After filing, and upon reading the "fine print," I see that there was a choice, but when going through the steps that choice was not evident. In my view, the default should be the IRS direct-depositing funds into the client bank account; client should have to consciously choose a fee-based alternative.
