Rated 4 out of 5 by from Severe problems with Turbotax/Intuit interface Your system, turbotax, when transfering to intuit to accept payments from a credit card went into a loop and would not allow me to login to Intuit. the "system" required me to change my password and then would not accept the updated password. I spent over 2 hours with various "specialists" and they could not resolve the issue. Finally had to process the payment as a Guest. Dosen't say much about your testing procedures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have always used TurboTax! For many years, I have used TurboTax for accuracy and also for helping me know what deductions I can take. Before I started using TurboTax, I did try others which I felt did not help me know how to file correctly. I ended up with TurboTax and have always been happy with the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oklahomans Don't Add OK To Amend I knew OK did not allow amended returns to be electronically submitted but I wanted the software to compute my OK amended for mailing. Turbo Tax should have a disclaimer prior to adding the OK to the list to amend that if your state does not allow efiled amended returns you will not be able to efile the Federal. I would have never added my OK return since I was going to have to paper file anyway. So disappointed.

One complaint: after purchase ($56) it cost me another $35 to get a second state, then $50 to file the two state returns. I am considering looking into a different Tax Software next year to reduce the cost.
