Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always a great experience I have been using TurboTax since 2010 after a terrible experience with chain store front outfit that charged me over $400 with no communication and not even getting to meet the individual that prepared my taxes. This caused me to miss deductions for natural disaster repairs after a hurricane. Turbo Tax walks me through every possible type of deduction making sure I don't miss anything!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks for making it smooth and uncomplicated Picking up where I left off is a great feature, Turbo Tax asks questions and offers helps if you need more details for most things. Turbo Tax definitely makes an arduous task manageable and understandable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax missed a lot of deductions Unfortunately TurboTax missed a lot of my business expenses and almost cost me over $20K in taxes. If I had not compared my 2022 taxes with my 2021 I would have over paid. Navigation was not clear. I wanted to go to actual tax forms at times to see if it had filled out items but there is no way to do that. They also seems to want an excessive amount of personal information unlike previous years.
