The speed and accuracy, the confirmation and double checking, the ability to easily understand or receive notifications if something was done in error; the site is very useful. However, you will likely be paying a lot of money for the ease of use. To file, I had to pay nearly 200 dollars, and I find that pretty awful and unnecessarily expensive. However, for those of us who don't have the time, patience, or connections, TurboTax is reliable and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deluxe is perfect for the everyday adult The software is easy to navigate and the help options provide sufficient information on topics where assistance is needed. Recommend you provide the upsell options in the beginning and then leave it alone. Those of us with simple tax situations can usually manage with the features of deluxe. Other than that, turbotax is always my first stop for tax preparation and filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pretty awful for $200 you asked for my account information to automatically fill in my investment buys and sells... you got ALL the numbers wrong pretty much. I had to go through a ton of trouble to figure out that I could just do the summary instead of correcting them one by one like your dumb software was suggesting to me. Why isn't there a popup that comes up and suggests that when the software generates a thousand NEEDS REVIEW on a thousand buys and sells?
