Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a bad product, not a perfect product. It's OK. I was happy to do it "myself" rather than pay someone to do it for me. Note: My information is not very different from last year. In my case, it would have been nice to be able to claim the Standard Deduction before you have to collect and enter all that data.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't believe it was done correctly Even though I had no income I still had to pay 677.00. I should not have to had paid anything. This is why it is so hard to get in touch with you people. Your material is flawed and I have been using you for years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be good. This is the worst platform to use. I've been using Turbo Tax for years, I've never had this much difficulty filing. My return has been rejected 5 times! Your system says the problem had been fixed. Clearly not. This is the worst experience ever with Turbo Tax!
