Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is dependable and trust worthy This is my second year to file my taxes with TurboTax. First Year I used their paid Premium version. This year I only used their free version and I was able to e-file my taxes without any issues.

I feel supported and reassured with Live help and the Max plan each year. I used Live help for the first time, and it took less than 10 min for them to call, answer my question and review my entire return. Such peace of mind from my tax expert, Laura. Very grateful for TurboTax, would never go back to filling out the paper forms again.

The state form would not operate, and I had to contact sales for support. It's very hard getting technical support for the product. FAQ's does not always work.
