Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easy to use but.. I found it very easy to use. I did the entry everything myself option, and made one typo on my employers address. My filing got rejected. I got a message that my filing had been rejected. I went online to fix the problem, was told I had fixed the problem. I even got an email saying that it would be 24 to 48 hours to get confirmation. After not hearing anything, I re-checked online. The website still said I had a problem, but it had been seen to, but I had to go through the entire thing again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbox tax is disappointing Ordering turbo tax is difficult at best. My experience for the last two years has been painful and I end up having to have a human assist, just to order the product. This year the TurboTax Premier had problems when I entered data in fields. It didn't want to show all the characters I was typing yet the characters were there. Super frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Character limit on name a problem The character limit on the name led my return to be rejected because I couldn't input a valid name that matched. I resubmitted with my wife's four part last name compressed and I'm waiting to see if it works.
