Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy! Been using TurboTax for years, and despite the ever-changin tax code (and the confusion surrounding it!), I've never had any problems. My wife is a sole proprietor so it's not so straightforward as just entering a couple W-2s and getting on with our lives, but TT is very explicit by showcasing where each form goes and double/triple checks your work. And I just use the most basic version I can!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Desktop version not capable had to pay twice First bought the desktop version of turbotax home and business mostly because based on their information available it is more capable. Unfortunately my home business is crypto related and the desktop version doesn't support any crytpo related businesses or transactions. Unable to get a refund for it so had to pay for both versions. Very unhappy about the whole experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PLEASE add unique account identifiers EVERYWHERE When a taxpayer has multiple investment accounts with the same bank (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab), there is no way to tell which account TurboTax is referring to when it is prompting you to correct/update something (e.g, Foreign Tax Credit). Please contact me to discuss.
