Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many problems and bugs, no adequate support, Too many bugs, and fixes; latest werw done 2 days ago. However, the flow of processing is better than last year, but still problem with financial part, were to provide payment to file taxes, even when you do not change the system ask same info for federal and state, when it can be carried from federal to local state. Very hard to reset a password on intuit, no person on the other end, just AI which not everyone is savvy to follow. When I reached a person on the phone, the only thing they help, sending a link to other information, insteead of helping me step by step and solve the problem. I hate your support system, which is for young people savvy on computers., not for seniors. .
