Rated 4 out of 5 by from Repeat customer Super useful if you have relatively simple returns. Straightforward even if you have some side income. Like that info transfers from previous year's return. It would be more helpful to let people know or give them a heads up *before* completing all the deductions that unless you think you'll have $25k worth of deductions (or whatever amount your filing status' standard deduction is) that it's likely better just to take the standard deduction and not mess around with detailing every medical expense for example.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax still charges The processing was simple enough but why is it that I get told my fees would be waived and then they're not. I am less than impressed that out of the $800 turbo tax takes 200 of fit. I hate tax season. Its not meant for people without kids.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Amendment I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years but never had to do an amendment. Having had to do an amendment this year, I found Turbo Tax very challenging, confusing and frustrating to complete the amendment. I only missed one form, which it should have not been that complicated for the program to readjust the figures. Not sure why or what happen but I did not like the program for doing amendments
