Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software unacceptably "clunky" For the second year I was unable to bring information from last year's return (2021) to this year's return( 2022); the software accepted the transfer but it was blank...had to enter the info manually...so no year to year comparison. Problem with e-filing fed and state returns...finally worked after "update"

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experience Was all around unclear and inconsistent. Hard to understand. Filling things out was easy, but figuring out what the heck TurboTax wanted from you was a pain. Next year I'm just gonna file early with a tax business. Money suckers. Hated it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrible experience with 1099 Misc I should not have to start up a company on schedule e or c because some oil co wants to give me royalties from drilling under my land! Absolutely no luck E-filing and no help from TurboTax! Worst experience ever with TurboTax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax user 13 years Turbo tax takes me thru my rental property every year. the depreciation explanations could be clearer and that is why I gave it a 4 star rating. I spend more time deleting zeros from the state return than doing the program. I used the question section a few times to find my answers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as before, very money grubbing now. I love how seamless it is to enter info and have it pop up, but that stops at situations without tax documents. I called and even the customer service rep didn't know where to process my capital loss. I figured it out after an hour. But then wrapping up took about another hour, because I have all these logistical things I need to enter. And every page is another opportunity for Turbo Tax to try to get my money. Asking once is okay, maybe even times. But ten times is ridiculous. Am I sure I don't want to spend an additional $60 after spending $120? Of course! Are you serious- I'm trying to get back some of my hard earned money, I don't want to give more of it away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy! I had been using a free tax filing service and honestly it did not bode well for accuracy on my returns. Lesson learned the hard way, so happy to be back with using Turbo Tax!
