I had an eventful 2022 & was very nervous on filing this year but with the help of one of your tax experts I was able to get a refund. Website if very easy & user friendly. I'll be back next year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Great, but needs clear choices Std or Dlx I like my experience with TurboTax however It would be very helpful to have a very clear choice between Standard and Deluxe. I had a little bit of a hard time selecting which is which. if Turbotax could clear that up much better I think I will be a very loyal customer. Oh Hey how about a pricing discount for loyal customers!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gets Worse every year Same With Tax Code I had to buy 2 discs this year to do 2 returns because they were done on separate computers in my household. One using the disc the other trying to use the code from the disc because that computer doesnt have a disc drive. So, I had to waste another $60 for that family member to do their taxes. Then they try to sneak in a $39 charge if you try to pay with your tax return and don't even tell you the charge will occur and make it nearly impossible to go back and remove this charge and pay with your card instead. Then when they "thoroughly" check over your taxes before sending, they can't even find one tiny clerical error and your return gets rejected. Then when you go back and fix it, the program doesn't even recognize you have fixed it and won't allow you to resend your return and instead recommends you mail your return. You have to find work arounds inside the Turbo Tax program to move forward. Once you finally manage to get through it all and you send your return, they take you to Mint's site trying to upsale you, which they have already done non-stop throughout the process and don't tell you how to return to your tax return from Mint's website. Also, I have used Turbo Tax for years and they still don't seem to have any of my previous years stored and the program gets worse and worse every year. The processes to get an AGI from last year to file your return is long and convoluted which is why this becomes a hassle. This will likely be the last year using Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Retired Grandma with no complicated returns I am so glad that I am able to file my taxes with TurboTax. I have been with them for a few years. They are able to pre-load some information for me. Because I don't have an extended or complicated return - mine is free! And, while I don't get anything back, I still have my filing on record for any future needs.
