Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many problems with this year edition The scan documents feature didn't work properly 25% of the time. I would scan the document but it would label my state wrong and it did not allow me to change it. Deleted and multiple attempts to scan did the same issue. Had to input info by hand. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE WORST. Then once problem corrected manually inputting Turbo Tax wanted me to pay AGAIN. Customer service unwilling to resolve the issue stating the customer satisfaction doesn't apply to the online product only the CD version. After over 15 years of using Turbo Tax this is the last time I will buy the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Use because of continuity only It is ok. To be honest, if it wasn't for the continuity of record keeping, I would not purchase the product. It seems to me that the company (Turbo Tax / Intuit) should "reward" returning customers by giving them a bigger discount on the product. If you are offering everyone $10 off, then returning customers should get $25 off ... just saying -- loyalty is not given consideration or a considerate thank you perse.
