Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very convenient. Have 1 feedback I have been using TurboTax every year for as long as I can remember, more than 20 years. It has been a very convenient tax tool for me and family. I have one item to raise. For the last few years I have the High Deductible Health Insurance through my employer. In every year's TurboTax version, it asked about my spouse's coverage. When I answered that my wife is covered under my insurance, it always said that there is a lapse in her insurance coverage. I have never been able to understand why TurboTax determined that she had a lapse in her health insurance coverage. Every year I assumed that it is a bug in the TurboTax, and I just ignored it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Patient My helper on turbo tax was a sweetheart. She was very patient with me and understanding. It took us over an hour to complete the forms because I did not know how to read the documents. Luckily she was patient with me and we got through it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissappointing Can not electronically sign the 1120S like a docusign and CAN NOT E-file the NC State return which has to be mailed. It will take months to process. Plus the cost and hassle to mail certified return receipt. Was very disappointed in the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year was a nightmare! So many bugs Usually works pretty well, this year not so much. Lots of bugs and errors. Kept recreating forms then making me re-enter information over and over. Should not be this hard. ONCE I got a live help person, they were able to walk me through how to delete the things the software caused, but getting LIVE help was very difficult. The phone BOT does not seem to understand spoken english and just would repeat "I don't understand" and then hang up.
