Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forced me to upgrade at the end I don't mind paying but they should have stated at when I took all the time to bring in stocks and investments that I would have to upgrade rather than spending 2 hours and getting to the end to be told I couldn't proceed without upgrading to premium.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent except did not prompt for ID PIN Overall everything was pretty straightforward with good explanations. There are a couple of things that were not smooth.... 1. Trying to get signed in initially to download (purchased at Costco, but needed to download) put me into a circle of windows and entries that was a bit aggravating. After 5 times I just quit and started over and eventually it worked. 2. There is not a prompt that askes if you were sent an Identity Protection Personal Identification Number. So I went through everything and filed....then as I was straightening things up on my desk realized that I had never entered it. It took a bit to find where (under Other). Would have been nice if they would prompt just like many other income and deductions steps the software has.
