Rated 3 out of 5 by from Online help is not helpful The online help is not helpful. My questions were not answered. I asked how to delete duplicate 1099 DIVs. None of the responses I received answered the question. It would be helpful if there were an online chat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed in 2020 TurboTax I have used TurboTax in the past but this year, the software really messed up. It was not helpful with regard to alot of questions. Wanted me to enter information that did not apply and would not allow me to e-file without entering information. Extremely frustrating!! Not to mention that because of these glitches, I had to pay extra money. The Live Agents were not helpful AT ALL. In fact, if you got disconnected with them, they did not even try to get in touch with you again. Very disappointed this year!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't have all forms needed by Companies Turbo Tax Business doesn't contain the W2c form and did NOT disclose that on the outside box information. Just had W2 listed and W2c is a subset of those forms. So I didn't even need to buy this as it didn't meet our needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome, except Chat help pretty good, but when my answers back are noted "Not Sent" in red what is that? Irritating! Also, the whole show about form 8889-S is not well explained or does not work as intended and chat help gives up on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unneeded upgrade Overall usually very good, I was prompted that I had to upgrade to premier for 1099R information which I did, only to find out because of covid-19 there were no distributions, I tried to change back to deluxe but there was no way provided.
