I have used TurboTax for many years and have always been very satisfied with the following: Ease of navigation; Ease of data entry; Accuracy; and speed of completion. I'm looking forward to next year's taxes being done by the best software there is: TurboTax!

The website kept not processing that the code was sent to my phone so I spent about 2 hours trying to verify my identity. Ended up having to send in my driver license picture and video chatting with someone. Not happy. Credit Karma was such a heaven sent over the years, and I don’t know what happened but this was super frustrating!!!
