Rated 4 out of 5 by from MORE THAN 5 RETURNS HAVE CONSEQUENCES I FILED 6 TAXES (ALL SIBLINGS & I RECEIVED NO PAYMENT) BY USING MY ONE PURCHASE OF TTAX. THE 6th WAS REJECTED AND HAD TO BE FILED BY MAIL. I WAS EXPECTING TO BE CHARGED FOR ANY NUMBER OVER 5 (LIKE THE STATES'). BASED ON THE SUGGESTIONS OF FRIENDS, I PURCHASED A 2nd TTAX DISC & ALSO, A WINDOWS SOFTWARE, HOPING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WAS SO MISTAKEN. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. I'M EMBARRASSED TO TELL HOW MUCH I SPENT AND STILL HAD TO MAIL MY RETURNS...AND AM NOW A SUSPECT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was very satisfied with intuit, but not gov. The intuit representative was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately due to new tax codes we didn't get the refund that we expected from the government. That will not stop me from using Intuit in the future.
