Rated 5 out of 5 by from User Friendly! Turbo Tax is so user friendly. I commenced using this software to file my taxes and someone recommended Free Tax USA. I attempted to use Free Tax USA but ended up right back at Turbo Tax, because of how easy it was for me to enter my info. In addition, any question or concern I had, the Experts were online to assist. I got prompt responses and even had two scheduled calls where the Expert walked me through the issues I had. Overall, I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax. Even if you are not a pro, Turbo Tax is the place to be. You will not regret it!

I do like having the professionals available to chat with when this process works. Would rather talk with them than text back & forth. That is the only down fall I feel this product has.

Basically only had to review everything make sure it was accurate and low and behold it was. Awesome job and thank you for these services! Saves a ton of time when working so much!
