Rated 1 out of 5 by from Processing Fee I bought the Turbotax Deluxe edition, and it is still trying to charge me $40 to process my refund. I can not find a way to avoid this and can not understand why I am being charged. I think the purpose of buying Deluxe to have everything paid for except the State E-File charge?

If I didn't get my taxes done by a professional last year to check against, I would have made some big errors that would have passed the checking system but maybe not the IRS. I found the help system frustrating. If all you have is standard deductions and no special situations, it is fine and you may as well use the free software. The only advantage was I didn't a service $400+ to do my taxes (keep in mind, I used a service to mimic my entries for correctness)
