I have used turbotax for many yearsProgram worked great, I had an issue and spoke with Diana at help, she did the onscreen help process, I appreciate the help. Only issue I had was when she left and I continued working on my returns my computer alerted me that my computer screen was still being monitored. I could not find any way to stop this so I immediately logged off losing the progress I had made to that point, and had to start over. I do not understand why my screen continued to be monitored after the help appeared to have left and I no longer had contact with her.
