Rated 3 out of 5 by from My review Not happy. Could not go directly to forms to review as I went along. Price is outrageous. I used to be able to do taxes for a few friends with one download. Now they raise an eyebrow when I tell them how much it will cost. The trick of a good program is ease and reasonable cost. This year you failed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great I have used TurboTax since 1996. It has always been very easy to use and very accurate. For the last 15 years or so been using the Deluxe version so I can download my investment information. This makes my taxes SO MUCH easier to do and more accurate.

This year, I had to get help to turn on Importing of 1099-R forms (after I had turned it off). I had to use Bing to find the number to call, but the rest of the service experience was very good! Some entries required some careful thinking about what to enter where, but I was able to figure it out with the explanations provided in the software. I will use TurboTax again next year!
