Rated 2 out of 5 by from Technical unresolved issues requires- work-around Two technical issues remain within the TurboTax online download software copy that I purchased. 1. MFJ donations up to 600 were limited to 300. A generalized input was required... not the specific donation listings. 2. 1099-MISC inputs for rent had to be input as royalty... software would not all both rent and royalty inputs. - And further: Corrections to Federal tax return did not automatically re-populate on the OK State tax return. Manual intervention was required. - The two issues above were discussed by phone with a TurboTax specialist for hours without successful resolution

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD Says free, but then right at the end, they make you upgrade and pay over $150 dollars just to calculate the unemployment you received. Its unemployment, we all struggled last year and yet here comes turbo tax making you pay-up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome for crypto filing!! Turbo Tax allows you to import your crypto and security statements directly into your tax return!! I was using another tax filing site for many years and was very happy with their system, but would have had to enter EVERY SINGLE crypto transaction for the year manually. Turbo Tax seems pricier than some of their competitors, but if you have a ridiculous number of crypto/stock transaction like I did, you may also find it worth it in the end for their importing capabilities.
